Fat: 86.32g | Prot: 72.97g | Carb: 305.25g.   Breakfast:  Plain Pancakes, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Syrup, White Bread. Lunch:  Plain Pancakes, Trail Mix. Dinner:  Beer, Cheeseburger (Single Patty with Condiments), French Fries, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Fat Free Fruit Filled Cookie Bar, Kisses with Caramel, Orange Juice, Vodka.
