Fat: 109.53g | Prot: 74.79g | Carb: 250.17g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Bacon, English Muffin. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jam, Dill Cucumber Pickles, 100% White Corn Bite Size Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Sugar Snap Peas, Breaded Chicken Patty, Fillet or Tenders. Snacks/Other:  Baked Naturals Cracker Chips Cheddar & Sour Cream(Pepperidge Farms), classic trio.
