Fat: 66.39g | Prot: 72.42g | Carb: 227.44g.   Breakfast:  yogurt (Astro), bran buds, whey isolate. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Apples, Celery, Carrots, Cheese Strings. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Tomato Sauce (Canned), Butter, Chicken Stock, White Table Wine, Onions, 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola (Can), Coastal Berry Blend Trail Mix, Milk Chocolate Candies, Hot Chocolate, Grapes.
