Fat: 66.39g | Prot: 72.42g | Carb: 227.44g.   Breakfast:  bran buds, whey isolate, yogurt (Astro). Lunch:  Apples, Carrots, Celery, Cheese Strings, Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Broccoli, Butter, Chicken Stock, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Onions, Tomato Sauce (Canned), White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Coastal Berry Blend Trail Mix, Coca-Cola (Can), Grapes, Hot Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Candies.
