Fat: 26.37g | Prot: 35.64g | Carb: 179.50g.   Breakfast:  Apple, Coffee, Ginger root, Kale, Mountain High Vanilla Yogurt, Nestle Quick Hot Chocolate, Organic Soy Milk. Lunch:  Pineapple and lime blended fruit bars, Vegetable soup. Dinner:  All Natural Cookies & Cream Ice Cream, Baked Potato, broccoli, butter, Daisy sour Cream, hummus 40 spices, pita chips. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Lowfat All Natural Plain Yoghurt, Tea (Brewed).
