Fat: 98.72g | Prot: 139.79g | Carb: 221.38g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  Original Recipe Chicken Leg, Original Recipe Chicken Wing, Original Recipe Chicken Thigh, Fried Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish), Yellow Sweet Corn, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Banana Bread (with Margarine). Snacks/Other:  Plums, Clementines.
