Lunch:  tomato, Honeydew Melon, Cajun Turkey Breast, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baby Spinach, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth), kraft light mayo olive oil. Dinner:  Spinach & Black Bean Stuffed Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Vanilla, blue moon, Asian Pears, Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Green Tea, Diet Dr Pepper (16 oz), Dr. Pepper (7.5 oz Can).
