Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baby Spinach, Cajun Turkey Breast, Honeydew Melon, kraft light mayo olive oil, Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth), Lowfat Cottage Cheese, tomato. Dinner:  Spinach & Black Bean Stuffed Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Asian Pears, blue moon, Diet Dr Pepper (16 oz), Dr. Pepper (7.5 oz Can), Green Tea, Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Whey Protein - Vanilla.
