Fat: 60.78g | Prot: 89.77g | Carb: 242.22g.   Breakfast:  ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Almond Milk, Bananas , Dried Prune, Light & Fit Greek yogurt (blueberry, Protein Cereal - Apple Cinnamon, Turkey Bacon, Walnuts. Lunch:  6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Avocados , Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Collards, Cucumber (Peeled) , Fruit Smoothie Drink, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters) , Whole Kernel Corn. Snacks/Other:  California Pitted Prunes, Sea Salt Popcorn.
