Lunch:  Nectar Fuzzy Navel Whey Protein, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal, Walnuts. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Caesar Salad Dressing, Croutons, Romaine Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate, Natural Peanut Butter with Flaxseed, Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts, Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
