Lunch:  Air Popped Popcorn, Beef Shortribs, Ground Turkey, Peanut Butter, Plain French Toast, Tortilla. Dinner:  Beef Shortribs, Tomato Soup, White Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Icing, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Fruit and/or Nuts Muffin, Peanut Butter.
