Fat: 49.87g | Prot: 81.75g | Carb: 211.23g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Spinach, Roasted Tomato, Feta & Egg Wrap, Sugar in The Raw. Lunch:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Carrots, Pinto Beans, Queso Fresco, Radishes, Red Cabbage, Sour Cream, Tostada Shell. Dinner:  Sushi with Vegetables and Seafood. Snacks/Other:  Sea Salt Caramel Gelato.
