Fat: 58.88g | Prot: 62.82g | Carb: 181.60g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Potatoes and/or Onions (Tortilla Espanola, Traditional Style Spanish Omelet), Fat Free Milk, Organic Flax Plus Granola Cereal, Tomato Ketchup (No Salt Added). Lunch:  Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin, White Chocolate Mocha (Tall). Dinner:  Lean Ground Turkey, Stir-Fry Vegetables.
