Fat: 23.73g | Prot: 48.87g | Carb: 179.02g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Sourdough Hard Pretzels. Dinner:  Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin).
