Fat: 74.58g | Prot: 69.76g | Carb: 303.07g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey, Pineapple. Lunch:  Chili (Bowl), Coffee with Milk, Roasted Chicken with Honey Mustard Flatbread Salad. Dinner:  Boiled Ripe Plantain, Mushroom Sauce (Dry, Dehydrated), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
