Fat: 60.38g | Prot: 56.94g | Carb: 156.76g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, bran buds, whey isolate, yogurt (Astro). Lunch:  Butter Chicken. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Carrots, Celery, Cheddar Cheese, Frankfurter or Hot Dog on Bun, Ketchup, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Blue Cheese Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Half and Half Cream, Milk Chocolate Candies.
