Fat: 71.54g | Prot: 210.02g | Carb: 309.50g.   Breakfast:  Honeydew Melon, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, blueberries, Coffee, Original Powder Creamer. Lunch:  Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth), Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, kraft light mayo olive oil, Cajun Turkey Breast, Baby Spinach, tomato, Honeydew Melon. Dinner:  Turkey Janes 85% Lean, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Vanilla, Fruit Punch Creatine, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, asian pear, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Lemon Cream Pie.
