Fat: 62.40g | Prot: 95.13g | Carb: 99.16g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Simply Egg Whites, Fried Egg, 2% Fat Milk, Tex Mex Cheese. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Field Greens Salad Mix, Navels Oranges , Mango Chipotle, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Baby Carrots, Grape Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Roasted Potato, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples, Kiwi Fruit.
