Fat: 62.40g | Prot: 95.13g | Carb: 99.16g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Fried Egg, Simply Egg Whites, Tex Mex Cheese. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel) , Field Greens Salad Mix, Grape Tomatoes, Mango Chipotle, Navels Oranges . Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Roasted Potato. Snacks/Other:  Kiwi Fruit, Red Delicious Apples.
