Fat: 51.99g | Prot: 95.55g | Carb: 202.74g.   Breakfast:  tangerine, Greek Nonfat Yogurt. Lunch:  tuna steak, lentil, sesame oil, mixed raw vegetables, tru chocolate. Dinner:  Garbanzo or Chickpea Soup, beer.
