Fat: 45.69g | Prot: 84.34g | Carb: 157.20g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Bacon, Almond Milk, ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Protein Cereal - Apple Cinnamon, Fruit Smoothie Drink. Lunch:  Thin Sandwich Rolls, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Sweet Sue Premium Chicken Breast, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Walnuts, Dried Prune. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Avocados , Cucumber (Peeled) , Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters) , Collards, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar.
