Fat: 45.69g | Prot: 84.34g | Carb: 157.20g.   Breakfast:  ALMOND BREEZ UNSWT CHOC BD A6, Almond Milk, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Protein Cereal - Apple Cinnamon, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Dried Prune, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Sweet Sue Premium Chicken Breast, Thin Sandwich Rolls, Walnuts. Dinner:  Avocados , Cherry Tomatoes, Collards, Cucumber (Peeled) , Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters) , White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar.
