Fat: 124.87g | Prot: 104.17g | Carb: 197.98g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Hash Brown Potatoes (Frozen Meal), Coffee, Organic Original Soymilk. Dinner:  Mashed Potato, Broccoli Slaw, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Artichoke Dip, Marinated Fish (Ceviche), Dobos Torte Cake (Non-Chocolate Layer Cake with Chocolate Filling and Icing). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Creme Cookie.
