Fat: 124.87g | Prot: 104.17g | Carb: 197.98g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Organic Original Soymilk, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Hash Brown Potatoes (Frozen Meal). Dinner:  Artichoke Dip, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Broccoli Slaw, Dobos Torte Cake (Non-Chocolate Layer Cake with Chocolate Filling and Icing), Marinated Fish (Ceviche), Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Creme Cookie.
