Fat: 88.93g | Prot: 163.82g | Carb: 156.88g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Dark Meat (Roasting, Cooked, Roasted), Frozen Mixed Berries, Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, Chicken Stock, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Cucumber (with Peel), Green Peppers, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Apples, Cabbage, Corned Beef, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Turkey Dark Meat.
