Fat: 30.88g | Prot: 66.00g | Carb: 256.65g.   Breakfast:  coffee, French Vanilla Creamer, Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk, Two Scoops Raisin Bran Crunch Cereal. Lunch:  applesauce, Chicken Noodle with White Meat Chicken Soup, great value crackers. Dinner:  almond milk, cheese, ground beef, pasta, spaghetti sauce, two scoops raisin bran crunch. Snacks/Other:  brandy, coke, cottage cheese, oscar mayer cold cuts, peaches, pineapple chunks.
