Fat: 30.88g | Prot: 66.00g | Carb: 256.65g.   Breakfast:  Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk, Two Scoops Raisin Bran Crunch Cereal, coffee, French Vanilla Creamer. Lunch:  Chicken Noodle with White Meat Chicken Soup, great value crackers, applesauce. Dinner:  pasta, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, cheese, two scoops raisin bran crunch, almond milk. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, oscar mayer cold cuts, peaches, pineapple chunks, brandy, coke.
