Fat: 84.41g | Prot: 65.27g | Carb: 236.44g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bran Cereal. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Yellow Sweet Corn. Dinner:  Homestyle Microwave Popcorn (Pop Secret). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Clementines, Plums.
