Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, kraft light mayo olive oil, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, tomato, Baby Spinach, Cajun Turkey Breast, Low Sodium Tomato Juice, Banana, Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth). Dinner:  Seasoned French Fries, Turkey Janes 85% Lean, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Vanilla, coke zero, southern comfort, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Kettle Korn.
