Fat: 85.42g | Prot: 90.77g | Carb: 268.67g.   Breakfast:  Plain Pancakes, Chocolate Chips, White Bread, Cream Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  White Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned), Mayonnaise, Chocolate Puddings. Dinner:  White Rice, White Bread, Peanut Butter, Jam Preserves. Snacks/Other:  Fruit and/or Nuts Muffin, Cream Cheese, Plain Pancakes, Chicken Liver Pate (Canned).
