Fat: 41.35g | Prot: 48.58g | Carb: 145.44g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Coffee, Orange Juice , Simply Smart Fat Free Milk, Unsalted Whipped Butter Tub. Lunch:  Canned White Beans, Celery, Chicken Stock, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Pesto, Roasted Red Pepper. Dinner:  Arugula (Rocket), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cauliflower, Chicken Tenders, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Skim Milk), Red Table Wine.
