Fat: 41.35g | Prot: 48.58g | Carb: 145.44g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Unsalted Whipped Butter Tub, Simply Smart Fat Free Milk, Orange Juice , Coffee. Lunch:  Canned White Beans, Pesto, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Olive Oil, Celery, Roasted Red Pepper, Chicken Stock. Dinner:  Chicken Tenders, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cauliflower, Olive Oil, Arugula (Rocket). Snacks/Other:  Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Skim Milk), Clementines, Red Table Wine.
