Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Cornbread (Home Recipe), Hot Fudge Sauce, Mashed Potato (from Dry), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Soft Serve Ice Cream, St. Louis Ribs.
