Fat: 107.45g | Prot: 121.85g | Carb: 260.91g.   Breakfast:  1% Milk, Almond Butter, Black Raspberry jam, Cinnamon, Coffee, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  Green Cabbage, Green Tea, Olive Oil, Orange Bell Pepper, Red wine vinegar, Salad Greens, Thin Crust Garden Veggie Pizza Large (Light cheese). Dinner:  3 course dinner out. Snacks/Other:  Date, Green Smoothie, Unflavored Whey Protein Isopure.
