Fat: 67.99g | Prot: 171.36g | Carb: 343.47g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, shedds spread light, blueberries, Chocolate Soymilk. Lunch:  Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, natures own 100% wheat bread, yoplait blueberry patch, Chocolate Soymilk, Cafe Steamers Ravioli & Chicken Marinara. Dinner:  Tri Bean Blend, Kale (cooked), Mediterranean Quinoa, 14" Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Strawberry, Fruit Punch Creatine, Whey Protein - Vanilla, coke zero.
