Fat: 74.70g | Prot: 155.09g | Carb: 193.36g.   Breakfast:  Greek Nonfat Yogurt, high protein shake, tangerine. Lunch:  celery, greek yougurt, potato, Sardines with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture). Dinner:  avacado, beer, chicken breast, Quinoa, Side Chopped Salad.
