Dinner:  black pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cayenne pepper, celery, green beans organic, high fiber multigrain, liquid aminos, liquid aminos, love beets, nutritional yeast, nutritional yeast, oregano, oregano, organic tamari, papaya poppy, pea shoots, power greens, three grain tempeh, turmeric. Snacks/Other:  broccoli, planters honey roasted, Potato Wedges, Ramen noodles, rum 100 proof, stir fry, white rice.
