Fat: 99.70g | Prot: 103.47g | Carb: 242.39g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Egg, Grilled Pork Chop, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Apples, Kiwi Fruit, Whataburger Jr.. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Chili No Beans, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Steamfresh Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts), Turkey Frank. Snacks/Other:  2% String Cheese, Carrots, Dried Prune, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pistachio Nuts, Saltine Crackers, Walnuts, Walnuts.
