Fat: 99.70g | Prot: 103.47g | Carb: 242.39g.   Breakfast:  Grilled Pork Chop, Egg, Apples, Whole Wheat Bread, Hash Brown (from Fresh). Lunch:  Apples, Whataburger Jr., Kiwi Fruit. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Steamfresh Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts), Chili No Beans, Turkey Frank, Fruit Smoothie Drink. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Dried Prune, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, 2% String Cheese, Pistachio Nuts, Carrots, Walnuts, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Saltine Crackers, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges.
