Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled), Deli Mustard, Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 97% Fat Free, Reduced Fat 2% Milk Sliced Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Cucumber (Peeled), Multigrain Tortilla Chips, Pasta Fagioli Soup. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella String Cheese.
