Lunch:  2% Cottage Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Kiwi Fruit, Lettuce. Dinner:  Beef Brisket (Lean Only Eaten), Fat Free Cheddar, Smart & Delicious 100 Calorie Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cup Patties, Protein Puffs - Veggie Pizza.
