Fat: 34.85g | Prot: 66.00g | Carb: 172.38g.   Breakfast:  coffee, half and half, splenda. Lunch:  100% White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, 6-Layer Dip, American Cheese, Macaroni or Pasta Salad, Sour Dough Bread, Spinach Dip. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Frozen Yogurt.
