Fat: 118.09g | Prot: 105.24g | Carb: 227.52g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, Firm Silken Tofu , Real Eggs, smart balance cooking spray, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Feta Cheese, Firecracker Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese, Potato Salad, Shrimp, Shrimp Spring Roll, Wonton (Meat Filled Fried Won Ton). Snacks/Other:  Beer, Chocolate Creme Cookie, Nestlé abuelita chocolate, PB&J Sandwich Crackers.
