Fat: 28.87g | Prot: 61.24g | Carb: 185.83g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Banana, Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry. Dinner:  Grilled Shrimp, Light Alfredo Sauce, Six Cheese Tortellini.
