Lunch:  Chicken Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned), Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Dinner:  45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread, Antelope Meat, Broccoli Normandy. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Cappuccino Chip Low Fat Ice Cream, Lite Beer (Bottle).
