Fat: 18.88g | Prot: 55.45g | Carb: 139.89g.   Breakfast:  egg white, mozzarella cheese, whole wheat hamburger bun. Lunch:  boiled egg white, garden salad, green beans, new potatoes, pork. Dinner:  garden salad, meatballs, spaghetti, whole wheat hamburger bun. Snacks/Other:  avocado, chocolate fudge bar, corn tortilla.
