Lunch:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Grilled Vegetables (Side). Dinner:  brownie, fusion salad strawberry mango, ice cream, White Table Wine.
