Fat: 102.31g | Prot: 85.92g | Carb: 256.17g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  Mexican Casserole made with Ground Beef, Beans, Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Taco Seasonings and Corn Chips. Dinner:  Dinty Moore Beef Stew - microwave, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough). Snacks/Other:  Clementines.
