Lunch:  Peas and Carrots, Chicken Breast, Lemon & Herb Chicken, Chocolate Soymilk. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Asian Pear, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Cafe Steamers Parmesan Pasta with Rosemary Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Whey Protein - Strawberry, Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Strawberry Mini Spooners, coke zero, jack daniels whiskey.
