Fat: 154.92g | Prot: 122.56g | Carb: 311.47g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Flour Tortilla, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Bread Pudding, Fried Floured or Breaded Catfish, Hushpuppies, Kitchen Sliced Green Beans, Organic Energy Chews - Pomegranate Passion Fruit, Tartar Sauce. Dinner:  Bacon Cheddar Fries, Fat Tire Amber Ale, Mushroom Swiss Burger. Snacks/Other:  Performance Energy - Vanilla Crisp, Pro Protein Bars - Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond (10 g Protein).
