Fat: 57.57g | Prot: 99.40g | Carb: 205.35g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Egg, Fruit Cup, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Orange Juice, Raisins, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Apples, Collards, Garden Salad, Grilled Pork Chop. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Green Snap Beans, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie Drink, Greek Yogurt - Plain, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Pistachio Nuts, Walnuts.
