Fat: 57.57g | Prot: 99.40g | Carb: 205.35g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Turkey Bacon, Orange Juice, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Bananas, Fruit Cup, Raisins. Lunch:  Garden Salad, Grilled Pork Chop, Apples, Collards. Dinner:  Saltine Crackers, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Green Snap Beans, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie Drink, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Greek Yogurt - Plain, Walnuts, Pistachio Nuts.
