Fat: 99.91g | Prot: 91.70g | Carb: 236.72g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!, Bacon, French Toast, 100% Pure Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Dinty Moore Beef Stew - microwave. Dinner:  Mexican Casserole made with Ground Beef, Beans, Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Taco Seasonings and Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Vanilla Ice Creams, Chocolate Syrup.
