Lunch:  natures own 100% wheat bread, boars head jerk turkey, kraft light mayo olive oil, spinach, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Honey Balsamic Chicken, Chocolate Soymilk. Dinner:  Lemon & Herb Chicken, Peas and Carrots (Frozen), Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Strawberry, Fruit Punch Creatine, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Strawberry Mini Spooners, Pink Lady Apples.
