Fat: 69.48g | Prot: 214.80g | Carb: 341.16g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, cantaloupe, Chocolate Soymilk, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, shedds spread light. Lunch:  boars head jerk turkey, Chocolate Soymilk, Honey Balsamic Chicken, kraft light mayo olive oil, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, natures own 100% wheat bread, spinach. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Lemon & Herb Chicken, Peas and Carrots (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Fruit Punch Creatine, Pink Lady Apples, Strawberry Mini Spooners, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Whey Protein - Strawberry.
