Fat: 81.76g | Prot: 107.79g | Carb: 275.69g.   Breakfast:  Egg, White Bread, Feta Cheese. Lunch:  Milk (Nonfat), Corn Flakes, Honey, Pecan Nuts, Bananas, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat), Mangos. Dinner:  Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal, Butter, Olive Oil, Shrimp, Pesto Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Raisinets, Trail Mix, Sanitas Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips.
