Fat: 81.76g | Prot: 107.79g | Carb: 275.69g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Feta Cheese, White Bread. Lunch:  Bananas, Corn Flakes, Honey, Mangos, Milk (Nonfat), Pecan Nuts, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat). Dinner:  Butter, Olive Oil, Pesto Sauce, Shrimp, Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal. Snacks/Other:  Raisinets, Sanitas Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips, Trail Mix.
