Fat: 30.70g | Prot: 55.32g | Carb: 120.61g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  98% Fat Free Turkey Lunch Meat, Banana, Miracle Whip Light Dressing, Pita Bread. Dinner:  Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork Spareribs (Lean Only Eaten).
