Fat: 137.43g | Prot: 217.62g | Carb: 168.18g.   Breakfast:  Baked, Breaded or Fried Cheese Nuggets or Pieces, Beef and Pork Salami (Cooked), Boiled Plantain, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  Bacon Wrapped Fillet Mignon, Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fried Batter Dipped Eggplant. Dinner:  Onions, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Club Soda, Vodka.
