Fat: 137.43g | Prot: 217.62g | Carb: 168.18g.   Breakfast:  Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Boiled Plantain, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Baked, Breaded or Fried Cheese Nuggets or Pieces, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables, Beef and Pork Salami (Cooked). Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Bacon Wrapped Fillet Mignon, Brown Rice, Fried Batter Dipped Eggplant. Dinner:  Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Onions. Snacks/Other:  Vodka, Club Soda.
