Fat: 106.43g | Prot: 106.39g | Carb: 388.59g.   Breakfast:  Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk, whole weat toast, fat free cheddar. Lunch:  weat bread subway, beef, cheddar, multigrain chips. Dinner:  pita bread, chicken, rice, olive oil, spinach, whole wheat toast, Labneh Light. Snacks/Other:  canderel, Pick Up, multigrain chips, chocolate ice cream, Coco Pops Snack Bar, banana.
