Fat: 109.92g | Prot: 107.46g | Carb: 298.96g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  1/4 lb Single Hamburger, Bean with Ham Soup, Soft White Roll. Dinner:  Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Rotisserie Chicken, Yellow Sweet Corn. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Syrup, Vanilla Ice Creams.
